Money Magic

YouTube Earnings Estimator

Estimate ad revenue and net income from your daily views and your own RPM.

How the estimate is made

Ad revenue ≈ daily views × monetized share × RPM ÷ 1,000. RPM is the revenue you receive per thousand views after YouTube’s share, which is why it is lower than CPM.

Gross and net

Sponsorships and memberships are added to ad revenue to give gross monthly income. Subtracting your monthly expenses gives net income, which is the figure that actually stays with you.

Frequently asked questions

What RPM should I enter?

Use the RPM shown in YouTube Studio under Analytics and Revenue. It varies by niche, audience country, video format and season.

Why a monetized views percentage?

Not every view shows an ad, so the estimate applies RPM only to the share of views that are monetized.

Is this a guarantee?

No. It is an estimate based on the numbers you enter, and real revenue can vary a lot from month to month.
